Here are some basic cooking instructions to get you started Choose your own adventure when it comes to the rub and sauce you choose. Finding your own favourite rub/sauce combo is part of the fun. Oven or Smoker – 160°C Liberally season ribs with your preferred rub. Cook for 1.5 hours. Remove ribs from oven/smoker and place in a create a foil boat for the ribs. Drizzle with sauce. Add butter here if you’re up for a little more decadence. Seal and return to the oven/smoker to cook for another 2 hours.
