The stainless steel design of the cabinet features a single section half-door and a hot food handling cabinet. The thoroughly insulated cabinet has aluminized steel sides, top, interior, and door liners. G14301 has removable vinyl magnetic door gaskets that promise a tight door seal and are protected by a metal door pan. Its left hinged doors can stay open past the 120-degree angle and are self-closing to help improve temperature retention.The hot food section comes with three chrome-plated wire shelves, each of which is capable of holding 225 lb. The 6" high casters allow easy maneuverability and have brakes on them. The unit forces low-velocity air across the low-watt density, serpentine style heater and is distributed in the cabinet through the down-air distribution duct. The system ensures proper holding of temperatures that can be adjusted between the ranges of 135-degree Fahrenheit and 180-degree Fahrenheit. The heater doesn't cause overdrying.
