This heated display case holds food at optimum temperature and allows operators to check what is available. The 33" wide countertop unit can be installed anywhere in the service area to increase visibility and boost sales. It is used in commercial settings like bakeries, dessert parlors, cafes, and small diners. The model has (2) shelves with (3) stainless steel pans each to display hot food items according to the changing menu. The food warmer includes a thermostat control system to retain temperature and keep food fresh for long hours. The maximum temperature of this food warmer is 248°F.
