Lovely fresh, ripe, Sauvignon characters of passionfruit and green melon, with just a hint of herbaceousness. The palate is deliciously fresh and zesty with loads of citrusy flavours of gooseberries and ‘greengage’ plums. Our 2018 SB is well flavoured but fresh and tight as the acidity gives the wine its good structure and length.
